What's included with every booking?

Every package includes your choice of Digital iPad Booth or Premium DSLR Digital Booth, a professional on-site attendant, unlimited digital photos, instant sharing via SMS, QR Code and AirDrop, a personalised photo design, premium props, your choice of backdrop, professional setup and pack down, and travel Gold Coast - Brisbane City - Sunshine Coast.

How do guests receive their photos?

Guests can instantly receive their photos via SMS and QR CODE. A private online gallery is also provided after your event so everyone can download and share their favourite memories.

Do you offer printed photos?

At this stage, Prestige Booth Co. specialises in premium digital photo booth experiences. This allows guests to instantly access and share their photos while keeping the experience modern, seamless and environmentally conscious.

How much space is required?

We recommend an area of approximately 3m x 3m to allow enough room for the photo booth, backdrop and guests to comfortably enjoy the experience.

Do you need access to power?

Yes. We require access to one standard 240V power outlet within a reasonable distance of the booth location.

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, provided the booth is placed on a flat, stable surface and is fully protected from direct sunlight, wind and rain. If the weather is unsuitable, we'll work with you to find an alternative indoor location.

Is travel included?

Travel is included within Gold Coast - Brisbane City - Sunshine Coast of our base location.

Can the photo design be personalised?

Absolutely! Every booking includes one personalised photo design featuring your names, event date, colours, theme or company branding.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. A friendly professional attendant will be on-site throughout your booking to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.

How do I secure my booking?

A booking is confirmed once your booking form has been completed and the required booking fee has been received.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Are you insured?

Yes. Prestige Booth Co. holds Public Liability Insurance, giving you peace of mind for your event.

Can I hire the booth for a corporate event?

Absolutely. We cater for corporate events, awards nights, product launches, brand activations, Christmas parties and more. Custom branding options are available upon request.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

A $200 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to our Terms & Conditions and are dependent on the timing of your request and our availability.

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to assist.
