
Terms & Conditions
Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co. By submitting a booking form and/or paying a deposit, the client agrees to the following terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until:
-
The booking form has been completed, and
-
A $200 non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmed by Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co.
Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability or secure a booking.
2. Payments
-
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
-
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If full payment is not received by the due date, Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co. reserves the right to cancel the booking.
3. Setup Requirements
The client must ensure the following requirements are met:

A minimum space of 3m x 3m is required for setup
-
A minimum ceiling height of approximately 2.2m
-
A clean, flat, dry and smoke-free area must be provided
-
One standard 10-amp power outlet within 5 metres of the setup area
Delays or inability to set up due to unsuitable space or access may result in reduced operating time, with no refund issued.
4. Access & Venue Requirements

The client must ensure clear and reasonable access to the setup area
-
The client must disclose any stairs, long walking distances, restricted access, or loading limitations prior to the event

Adequate parking must be available for loading and unloading equipment
-
The client is responsible for ensuring venue requirements (including electricity or access fees) are communicated to us prior to the event
5. Outdoor Events
For outdoor bookings:
-
The photo booth must be placed in a covered and weather-protected area
-
Protection must include overhead cover and side protection from wind, rain, or direct sunlight
-
If suitable protection is not provided, setup may be refused for safety reasons
6. Use of Equipment & Safety
-
No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping inside the photo booth area
-
Props must remain within the designated booth area
-
Equipment must not be moved or interfered with by guests
-
Children under 10 must be supervised when using props or the photo booth
-
The photo booth attendant reserves the right to pause or stop use if unsafe behaviour occurs
7. Damage & Responsibility
The client is responsible for any damage or theft to equipment caused by themselves, guests, or attendees during the event.
Any damage or replacement costs will be invoiced and payable within 14 days of the event.
Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co. reserves the right to refuse service if there is risk of damage, harm, or unsafe conditions.
8. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made more than 20 days before the event will result in loss of deposit, however credit may be offered for future bookings at the discretion of Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co.

Cancellations made within 20 days of the event will result in loss of all payments made

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 20 days prior to the event
9. Photo Use & Marketing Consent
Unless otherwise advised in writing before the event:

Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co. may use images taken at events for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and advertising
If the client does not consent, they must notify us prior to the event in writing.
We will not use any images that are clearly inappropriate or where consent has not been granted.
10. Equipment Failure / Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, all reasonable efforts will be made to continue service.
If service cannot be delivered, liability is limited to a full or partial refund depending on services rendered.
Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co. is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside of reasonable control (including venue issues, power failure, or environmental conditions).
11. Liability
Brisbane Photo Booth Hire | Prestige Booth Co. is not liable for:

Injuries caused by misuse of equipment
-
Venue-related incidents
-
Losses due to event delays or interruptions outside our control
12. Travel & Additional Fees
-
Travel within 25km is included
-
Additional travel fees may apply outside this area
-
Any additional costs (parking, venue fees, extended hire time) are the responsibility of the client
13. Extended Hire
Extended hire may be requested during the event at a rate of $75 per additional hour, subject to availability and payable immediately.
14. Agreement
By completing the booking form and/or paying a deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
